Based in the centre of Dublin, our expect knowledge of the Dublin city market and surrounding area means we can advise landlords on appropriate market rents and are renowned for achieving maximum returns for our clients from carefully selected high quality tenants.

We can also provide rent appraisals free of charge, and can advise clients on compliance with housing regulations and their obligations under the Residential Tenancies Act 2004.
