At New City we offer our tenants a 24 hour Maintenance Service. All normal
requests for repairs, etc. should be made directly to our office during
working hours 9.00am-5.00pm Monday to Friday. Remember in the case of
Emergencies requiring Ambulance, Police or Fire service you should contact
the Emergency Services on 999.
Our service to the tenant includes:
Agent available office hours to deal with all tenant matters
Maintenance Service including 24 hour emergency service
Rent collection by our own direct debit service
Assistance with the transfer of utility accounts
Issuing of rent book and compliance with Government regulations
No fees to tenants for viewing/letting properties
